The importance of being consistant and meeting with the local church cannot be over stressed. These people were praying for peter and he was set free by an angel.
Prayer does change things!

Such a short phrase but with such big implications. To be Lord means master. It means to have total control of your life, to dictate your actions and words, to lead in everything, beliefs, attitude and thoughts. Is Christ really our master today?

Today may we be good stewards with whatever the Lord has entrusted us with: wives, children, possessions, or time. Let us be faithful stewards for Him. Doesn't He deserve it?

"And Jesus said to him, assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise." Luke 23:43
To be with Christ, that is Paradise! To see His face, to hear His voice, to sing praises in His presence with all the other saints! That will be Paradise!

What a sweet verse! We see the Lord's incredible character, boundless love, and the amazing statement that He would delight in those things if we do them!
